Description.
Ortho base unsaturated polyester resin, medium reactivity.Low viscosity.Thixotropic with Promoted.Designed for acrylic bonding.Excellent adhesion to acrylic sheet.
Fast cure.High filler loading.Low shrinkage.Good heat resistance and water resistance. It is suitable for hand lay-up and spray-up processes. Recommend as a back-up resin for acrylic bath tubs,SPA tubs and swimming pools.
 

Package. 220kg with drum or IBC

Shelf life.
- 3 months for promoted and 6 months for unpromoted when stored in original sealed containers below 25ºC, away from direct heat, sunlight and rain.

- Resin solutions contain volatile and flammable monomers such as styrene(flash point : 31ºC)
- The resin should be handled and used in well ventilated, flame proof areas
-To wear gloves and goggles to guard against any skin/ eye irritation arising from the presence of styrene. Under no circumstances must accelerators be mixed with peroxide catalysts as it can cause explosions.
- Transportation should according to the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" due to it contains styrene monomer.
