Description.

A kind of hybrid resin base primer which formulated as the model finishing after CNC milling. It allows high thickness application by different cross. Good adhesion with wood, FRP,MDF and epoxy etc.Easy to sand.It applied by spray up process. Purple and slight blue available.

Application.

Make sure a clean surface without any dust,dirt and any residual oxide prior to apply sandable primer.Recommended that gel time be checked in the customer's plant due to age, temperature, humidity and catalyst will produce varied gel times. All data relatives to gel or cure refers specifically to M50 or the similar one. Typical spray 300-400g/m² wet thickness by two passes .Leave the primer breathe a few minutes before different passes. Maximum thickness is 900-1200g/m².Propose nozzle diameter 2.5 mm; air pressure 3.5 bar. Can be sanded after 6 hours after application at 25°C. Typical sanding grit procedure: 200-400-600-800-1200.

- Skin coat.Superior mold cosmetics can be achieved by using a skin coat with hybrid vinyl ester resin behind the gel coat. Be applied after the gel coat application and offer good protection from fiber-print and distortion on the gel coat surface in order to increase mould turnaround time.

- A full line of tooling resins for all methods of tool manufacture. These products include a vinyl ester and a series of low profile resins. The vinyl ester resin can be used as skin and bulk materials in the conventional mold building process. This process consists of daily single ply lamination until the required mold skin thickness is achieved.
